I have a friend who just left a job at Target where he had medical insurance for him and his three kids. He states that the cobra option is too expensive. He is recently divorced and part of the divorce decree is that he has to provide medical insurance on the kids. He is a veteran so he is covered. He is working part time at UPS but will take a year before benefits kick in, he also is full time at Walmart but has to wait 90 days before benefits. The kids are female 15, female 12 and male 10? What can we get him that would cover and be inexpensive?
